Sky Alexandria Merriman

Sky Alexandria Merriman, infant daughter of Dessirae and PV2 John Cody Merriman, passed away Saturday September 15, 2007 at Wamego Hospital. Sky was born on July 7, 2007 in Manhattan, Kansas. She is the daughter of PV2 John Cody and Dessirae (Martin) Merriman of St. George, Kansas. Other survivors include: her grandparents, Mike and Tammy Merriman of Faith, South Dakota, Mary Nichols of St. George, Kansas, John and Jeri Martin of Holbrook, Nebraska, and Leroy and Christy Calmes of St. George, Kansas; Sky is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday September 18 at Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego. A visitation will be Monday evening at the funeral home from 6:30-8:00 p.m. A memorial has been established in Sky’s name for the Shriner’s Hospital and donations may be left in care of Stewart Funeral Home, P.O.
