Ava Rae Boeckman

Junction City- Ava Rae Boeckman, 3 months old, went to be with Jesus on May 7, 2008. She was born on January 31, 2008 at Truman Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Nathan and Amy (Hall) Boeckman. Ava was born with a heart defect and fought bravely for three months. She is survived by: her parents, Nathan and Amy Boeckman of Junction City, KS; her 3 year old brother Kaden; her grandparents, Louis and Margie Boeckman of Corning, KS and Tom and Cindy Hall of Junction City, KS; her great grandparents, Mary Hall of Junction City, KS, Dale and Susie Atkinson of Branson, MO, Rosemary Boeckman-Kennedy of Frankfort, KS, and Rosemary Haug of Corning, KS; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her great grandma Ruth Atkinson, great grandpas William Hall, Albert Haug, and Alvin Boeckman, and step great grandpa Jake Kennedy. Funeral Services will be held at Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego on Monday May 12, at 10:30 a.m. and a visitation will be prior to service time starting at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in Wamego City Cemetery.
