Debra Decker

Debra “Debbi” (Blenn) Decker, 57, passed away January 4, 2015 at her home in Westmoreland. Debbi was born on July 8, 1957 in Westmoreland to Galen and Carol (Simkins) Blenn. After she graduated high school from Westmoreland, she became a truck driver and bookkeeper for Blenn Trucking. On September 24, 1982, she was united in marriage with Jody Decker in Westmoreland. Debbi is survived by her husband, her mother, a son: Chester Decker, Manhattan; a daughter: Cristina Decker, Westmoreland; and two grandchildren: Devin Decker and Kylie Boyce, both of Westmoreland. She is preceded in death by her father and a brother, David Blenn. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2015 at Westmoreland United Methodist Church. Debbi will lie in-state beginning at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, January 11, 2015 with the family accepting friends during the visitation at 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Stewart Funeral Home in Westmoreland.
