Ashton Chandler Courtney, age 21 of Belvue, KS died on May 5, 2024. Ashton was born in Malvern, Arkansas on June 2, 2002. He was a partner with his brother at C2 Contracting working together building a business of their own.
He is survived by his parents, Chris and Beth Courtney, two brothers: Brent Courtney and fiancée Ashley Faiola, Colton Courtney and fiancée Haley Aufdemberge. Although not yet their "official" brother, Ashley and Haley both have shown that he is their brother in every way possible. He is survived on his paternal side by his grandfather, William Courtney, grandmother, Brenda Jones, step-grandmother, Sandy Chappell (David), and 6 aunts. He is survived on his maternal side by his grandfather, Sewell Rhea, 3 Uncles, and 4 aunts. He is loved by and will be deeply missed by his cousins who he spent so much time with. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Rhea, Malvern, AR and his Paternal step grandfather, Bill Jones, Gallatin County, KY.
This sweet, kind young man left us too soon leaving his family and so many friends with memories to be cherished. There is a shared pain from a deep wound to our hearts. The ache for him will always remain, and the memories of him will never fade.
The family would like all that knew and loved their amazing son, Ashton, to join them in celebrating his life on Saturday May 11, 2024, at the Courtney home located at 509 Noble Ave. in Belvue, KS.
