Bernard Lee Holtman

  Bernard Lee Holtman, 89, son of Austin and Caroline Holtman, formerly of Westmoreland, KS passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Society-Valley Vista in Wamego, KS.   A private family graveside inurnment will be held at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery in Flush, KS.   He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother-in-laws: Frank Vilven, Jr. and Harold “Ace” Armbrust.   Survivors are his sisters, Margaret Vilven-Grant and husband James Grant, Tulsa, OK, and Florence Armbrust, Overland Park, KS.   A memorial service - reception will be held at a later date at the Good Samaritan Society-Valley Vista in Wamego to honor and celebrate his life for his family and friends.   Arrangements are being handled by Stewart Funeral Home of Wamego.  Memorials are suggested to the Good Samaritan Society-Valley Vista, and may be sent to the care home, 2011 Grandview Dr. Wamego, KS 66547.
