Julius Merritt Beall

Julius Merritt Beall passed away on April 17, 2025, in Wakefield, Kansas.

He was born on July 19, 1948, in Winfield, the son of Jose Beall and Leontin "Tina" Stif.

He worked in janitorial services and maintenance at MHK Housing in Manhattan, Kansas.

Julius proudly served in the United States Army from 1968 until 1970, an accomplishment he held dear throughout his life.

He is survived by many loving caregivers.

Julius was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Beall and Leontin "Tina" Stif.

A graveside service will be held at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with the United States Army Funeral Honors Detail, American Legion Post 172, and the Legion Riders performing military honors. Julius will lie in state at Campanella and Stewart Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. A procession will begin at 10:15 a.m. from Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home to the Kansas Veterans Cemetery.
