  Kathleen Marie Teagarden, 66, Manhattan, Kansas passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at her home.

  On February 9, 1952, Kathleen, was born to Albert and Agilberta (Eisenbarth) Becker in Onaga, Kansas.  She attended Frankfort area schools.  She was united in marriage with James “Jim” Teagarden on June 8, 1968.  He survives of the home.

  Kathleen is also survived by two daughters, Lisa Kenworthy, Blue Rapids, KS, and Michelle Budreau (Ryan), Wamego, KS; two sisters, four brothers, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

  She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and a son-in-law.

  Funeral Mass for Kathleen will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the St. Bernard Catholic Church in Wamego.  Private inurnment will take place at the St. Bernard Cemetery at a later date.  Kathleen will lie-in-state starting at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7th with a Rosary being held at 5:30 p.m. and visitation to follow from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Stewart Funeral Home of Wamego.  In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to the Homecare & Hospice Transition Program, and may be left in care of Stewart Funeral Home, PO Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
