Wamego-Justin D. Cessna, 67, died Friday April 4th, 2008 at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community in Manhattan, Kansas. Among survivors, is his wife, Kathleen Cessna of Wamego. Cremation has been effected and memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later time.
